As a buyer, I launch promotional tenders on the basis of predefined frames.

I have a comprehensive and detailed view of the different prices and benefits calculated on the basis of the conditions negotiated in the relevant contracts. I manage the different exchanges, the selection of the supplier and the edition of the contract directly on the platform.

As a buyer, I perform various simulations based on my history, my target and the conditions negotiated or being negotiated. I finalize the promotional mechanics/product-BU targets and automatically edit the different contracts based on existing frames. The negotiated conditions are synchronized with the billing department.
Management/

As a buyer, purchasing manager or accounting controller, I have a 360° view of my promos’ status and details : contract signed, completed, pending, invoiced, paid via predefined dashboards and alerts. The promotional calendar by theme/BU/date is automatically consolidated. I can consult by date / by theme / by promotion the commitment status of upcoming promotions as well as the results of closed promotions.
